| The prestigious Downbeat Award has again been given this year to the MINGUS BIG BAND (big band category). The 14 piece big band which has achieved a very successful 6 weeks summer tour in Europe will be again touring this coming autumn, also at the 80th Anniversary occasion. We still have open dates between October 26 and 30 November 3 and 7 Please get in touch ASAP !! We deliver free quadrichromie 60 x 40 cm 80th Anniversary Tour posters. The smaller Mingus grouping, the 11 piece CHARLES MINGUS ORCHESTRA (that recorded 4 numbers on the last MBB album "Tonite at Noon"), will be touring from March 18 to 25, 2003.
