| ADMATAY?! is Daniel Zamir’s (former SATLAH) latest and newest musical exploration. The exciting instrumentation (a sax/vocal – drums – percussion trio) with the tremendous musical abilities of each member in the group bring to th ear fresh, new music that can only described as music from the depths of depths of the soul. ADMATAY is fusing together elements of Latin-African Middle Eastern rhythms with fiery improvisations and sounds of Jewish life to a sound of a deep, trans-like prayer. This band – that consists of three of the best musicians today in the world, according to most critics – is a musical as well as cultural, visual and spiritual experience that would blow away people of all ages, culture and religions. NIGUN - The band alloys traditional Jewish music with jazz and free-improvisative elements. The music texture resulted from this fusion is characterized by both melodic turns of Jewish music and improvised elements. Nigun’s music is strongly spiritual and unique in Europe. According to Andras Parniczky, leader of the band, the most important thing in this music is to let people experience the sacral content of Jewish music through their arrangements. Until now, Parniczky has led several jazz bands, then later he immersed himself in the music of John Zorn’s Masada, Satlah and the traditional Jewish Hasid tunes. In 2001 he got back to his roots and found the path to follow: founded Nigun. (Hermes Trismegistos) The band has been formed in the autumn of 2001. All songs are composed by Daniel Vaczi. The strict compositions of themes are divided by sensitive improvisations. SZABOLCS OLAH QUARTET consists of young men of high sensitivity who are able to create a montage from the impressions gained from the outside world which helps the listener to undergone the wonderful experience of the unit and equilibrium. In brief: „ethno-pop” cavalcade. The band was formed in 1996. Initially the vocal arrangements were in focus, which by now has been balanced with instrumental arrangements interpreted by the jazz musicians of Kiss Erzsi. It is a jubilant music that the band creates with a virtual world: many instants and emotions. Kiss Erzsi has been teaching at KADA - There should be resistance! One should be able to stop – to listen to music, to think. Kada can be a music like this: free – structured – progressive – avantgarde – rock – jazz –noise – core and close to jazz owing to the arrangements of jazz-rock kind. It’s the 21st century. The band prefers prolonged tracks most of which heavily feature improvisation. Kada music is based on non-traditional sound systems, unbound structures and includes noise-music models and collective improvisation. Laszlo Valik - guitar, Eugene Kovax plays free improvised music. They perform in clubs rather than on stage and their concerts are rather "dj-acts" regarding their duration and kind.
