Neve/Schumacher Duo and Nicolas Kummert Voices at Jazzahead

We are very proud to present duo Jef Neve Pascal Schumacher as well as Nicolas Kummert Voices at the Jazzahead Musikmesse in Bremen this year!
Their debut albums 'Face To Face' (Neve/Schumacher, on Enja Records) and 'One' (Voices, on Prova Records) were warmly welcomed in 2010 and resulted in an extensive series of concerts in Belgium and abroad.

May 2011 brings us 'Bang My Can', the new (5th!) album of Pascal Schumacher Quartet on the prestigious label Enja Records. Be the first to hear it, at the Enja booth at Jazzahead from April 28th until May 1st.
Can't make it to Bremen? Don't worry, because the Quartet has a more than exciting international release tour coming up, with concerts at key venues in the Benelux, UK, Italy, France, Germany, Australia, Japan and Korea!
Together with Franz Von Chossy (D) on piano, Christophe Devisscher (B) on bass and Jens Düppe (D) on drums, leading vibraphonist Pascal Schumacher (LU) is set to surprise us with compelling new sounds. Check the calendar below to find a concert near you.

Viktor Lazlo presents 'My Name is Billie Holiday'

After years of absence, Viktor Lazlo returns to stage!
Lazlo tells the life of a woman haunted by Billie Holiday, a woman that shares the same pleasures, complexes and expectations.
A contemporary and popular tale containing 20 of the most determinant songs in the career of Billie Holiday; a unique musical theatre.
Born in Lorient, France, from a martinican father and a grenadian mother, Viktor Lazlo's passion for music and writing began quite early. In 1984 she records her first album, the soundtrack for Jean Pierre Mocky's "A Mort L'Arbitre". Over 10 albums and compilations followed, sold in more than 30 countries; several duets, 5 gold records, international tours (Germany, Austria, Taiwan, Japan, Canada, Turkey) and over 25 movies.
Viktor Lazlo 'My Name is Billie Holiday' can be seen from December 2011 onwards.
